I’ve been a STD Bank member for more than 10yrs without encoutering any problems.Though lately i have been counterplating the thoughts of moving all my banking requirements to an alternative bank…With all the fraud we are experiencing,a customer would expect to get only the best service that a bank can provide.More than once this year i Have received sms’s that notified me of an successful payments only to be notified that it was an error message.And your call centre system that blocks a customer to speak to an urgent immediatelly,it’s also not the best OPTION available for a customer in distress.
