    1. This was also my experience today Xoli. Made to hold for very long with no reply. I wondered if they only operate during business hours but don’t say so on this share call number. Just keep you waiting instead. Very poor service.

  1. I frequently fly SAA for business. My luggage is misplaced and put on a Mango flight??? The next day I phone to enquire about my luggage, I am told it was found and the file is closed. I ask how can they close the file when I have not been informed and I do not have my luggage. The SAA personnel clearly stated that it is not their job to inform me, nor does it have any impact on the client whether they close the file!! She then gives me the delivery room’s contact details and they do not answer. I am missing a wedding due to SAA’s unprofessional, obnoxious and arrogant attitude. I called the luggage reclaim room again to quote their mandate that the client will be informed and assisted…. Then she wanted to apologise. Oh not forgetting that according to her managers and supervisors do not work on weekends. Thank you SAA for the appalling service. Staff need to be trained!!!
