  1. Dear Sir/Madam
    Kindly take note of the following:
    I ordered the handset from your organisation early this year.
    The hanset model and nane is LG G2.
    Everytime I switch it off ,it looses its memory and this is because you can tell with the date and time it displays thereafter, wrong time and date.
    It seems to me your organisation sold me the mafunctioning handset.
    I have written to you previuosly and the response was that I should take this handset to the Virgin Shop of which there is none in my area.My humble request is that your organisation should send the collecting agent to come and pick my phone for a replacement.The easy way is that you send the delivery agent together with a new replacement phone to cut costs.
    I trust that you find this to be in order.
