  1. The systems/network at the Midrand offices have been offline for the most part since Wednesday last week. Went there 3 times since then only to be turned away. When will the issue be resolved???

  2. Is there anybody working at the SASSA call centre today? Tried to call and there’s no answer – held on for 13 minutes!!!

    There is just one word to describe SASSA service – absolutely USELESS!!!

  4. I withdrawn money yesterday in standard bank with my Sassa card but I didn’t get my money and when I check the balance they said it withdrawn so I need that money what should I do because if I call Sassa they don’t pick their phone.

  5. this sassa thing is stealing our grandparents money becouse my grandmother went to withdrawn money at starndard bank on friday but she got a ballance of R4.96 then she went at sassa offices for some help.one of your workers MZIWANDILE SILINGA at BUTTERWORTH SASSA OFFICES assisted her then after she told her to come back on monday but still no changes my grandmother came back with out the money.so i would like to know this is the new system for2015 that you going hold our grandparents money

  6. My name is Tshepang, 21 years of age. I live in Sterkspruit.
    The service that I receive or rather the service that I did not receive at the SASSA offices in Sterkspruit is poor!
    I travel long distances with my grandfather who is 83 years of age.
    The employees simply do not care about the citizens that reside here. No one attends you, the service is slow, the queues are long and the service is extremely poor. People are asked to go home and ate still left unattended.
    This is unacceptable!!!
    On Monday 5th January, I was here with my grandfather and we left unattended. The first reason due to a shortage of cards and the other reason was due to “network failure”.
    We are here again today, customer service is none existent.
    Something should be done about this, this is unethical behavior and people should not be treated like this!

  7. Absolutely horrific service at the Phoenix Sassa office. Supervisory levels don’t seem to care about the old age and helping a fellow human being.

    regarding my previous email about my twin sister battling post op breast cancer nd ill/bad side effects to her medication nd chemotherapy of which her eyesight CANNOT be reversed nor her chronic asthma be come better yet only managed for the symptoms during each asthma attack episode as the chemotherapy destroyed her immune system i would like to make adjustment to the information of her employment history nd salary THE ADJUSTMENT STANDS AS R2835.70 BASIC nd a R300 SHIFT ALLOWANCE THE R5000 SHE WAS EARNING WAS A DIRECT RESULT OF MY SISTER WORKIG EXCESSIVE SHIFTS OVER A 5/6 MNTHE PERIODUNTIL HER HEALTH RAPIDLY SHOWED SIGNS OF DETERIORATION ND NOW HER SHFTS WILL BE ADJUYSTED WITH THE HELP OF A PHYCOLOGISTS LETTER ND A FULL MEDICAL REPORT
