Iv always been a samsung die hard fan, my galaxy S4 held a special place in my heart till I lost it, I wept like a baby, then I got a Galaxy tab 3, I was not ready for such a heartache, it would freeze for hours and hours, it didnt help that im using it for work pirposes, but boy im a so disappointed and frustrated at this device..

  5. My Samsung S5 mini camera app has failed in the Christmas season. I am so disappointed and I have tried everything on my phone accept restoring factory defaults because then I loose everything. Please can someone advise me what to do…. I am so sad that I cannot take photos with my family over the Christmas season.

  6. I just want to say I am very impressed with the Samsung repairs shop in Woodmead. Last week the glass on my S4 shattered and I was told by vodacom that I could take it to Woodmead. There were no hassles when we got there. I was under the impression that I would have had to leave my phone there fir days. They told me at Samsung that I could pick it up in an hour. Nowadays it’s difficult to find such good customer service. Very impressed customer.

  7. Iam very unhappy about the unpleasant and a very poor service I have received from David at Samsung constantia branch. I have ordered a part of Tv stand an wait for 7 days only to receive a wrong product, when I tell them is not what I have ordered they told me I was very much aware that that was what the were ordering and I must pay for it because Samsung is loosing money because of people like me. I told David im not going to pay for what I don’t what he told me I don’t know what I want I must get out of his business and go get a stand somewhere else I asked him to give me the paper which they wrote the model no. as I will have to use it somewhere else where I have to buy the product since I was chased out of David’s business he threw it on my face and walk away. I have asked to speak to a manager because of the way David was so disrespectful to my surprise that the very same David who is so disrespectful, bad attitude, very poor customer service his a manager. I just wonder there and there how is he treating other customer not to mention his stuff members. As a customer of Samsung and Samsung being a big company as it is. I am very disappointed with such a very bad poor service.
