  1. I have to my horror found that I have been debited R680.00 for a handset I DID NOT RECEIVE. Really??? Is that how you treat people that have been loyal customers for 20 YEARS???? I am disgusted.

  2. This is bordering on fraud ! We were ” given over” to MTN and Vodacom, and yet, receives serious threatenings on how i should pay Nashua immediately!! No way to contact them either!!

  3. I do challenge MTN to utilize this very same forum with positive response of how each and every query listed here got resolved… if you have the balls for it!!

    1. And no, MTN is not the only guilty party – since Nashua Mobile certainly did not hand over to MTN successfully, when old Nashua Mobile customers need to fight their arms off to get hold of MTN…
