  1. Hi all I’m not f****k happy abut your services especially the kempton mall branch even the branch manager his got bad attitude towards clients

I am very disappointed at the service that Capitec stuff give to clients particularly at the Jabulani Mall branch where stuff member have a very bad attitude to clients and there is no one who is accountable as the management seems to approve of this behaviour. Client are yelled at and told to shut up by the people who are supposed to help them. The stuff hide their name tags so that we can not report them.

Very unhappy with the service from capitec bank eloff street, I went there to deposit money and only had R200 notes and the consultant(Sabine Lesejane) just told me to go outside and look for change as she was supposed to give me R100 change with an attitude infront of the branch manager and the branch manager (Nyiko Hlongwane)all he had to say was “it’s company policy”,how can a bank ask a client to go ask for change from a street vendor just because the bank don’t have change for 200, when i ask the branch manager that what if i get robbed outside while looking for change he said that’s not his problem.

  4. I am dissipointed with the call centre numbers for Forex department 021 809 9669/5965/4030/9884. They take extremely long before any of these 4 numbers actually takes your call. I was in the branch and ask for forex assistance and they ask this call centres to call me while I sit there. Then I try to call myself no answer from any agent for hours. This is unacceptable for a call agent to take so long not client service at all. Please appoint more call agents to handle the volumes.

  5. I’m very happy with the service. I’m also willing to work at Capitec Bank. I started to apply for any position since 2013. Hope my request will be taken into consideration.

  6. i submitted an online application 48hrs ago still no response, sent ID number to sms line advertised in the branch, on three occasions still no response

  7. I’ve always been happy with capitec until recently, twice by the East Rand mall branch. I stood by the door waiting for assistance for about 10 minutes when a lady who was already busy with client came to help me like she’s doing me a huge favor. The lady at enquiry just needed to stamp my statement but after taking my thumbs impression she infected my statement reading all my financial info on each page at the same time laughing with an colleague while I’m just standing there. She couldn’t even say goodbye when I greeted her to leave. Very disappointed.
