  1. Absa Southdale refuses to accept cash and cheque deposits when they are offline. Other branches do accept… the manager Veejay and frontdesk Zanele Ndaba were the people I dealt with. Not for the first time this has happened. Last month we had power failure here. When power went back on the branch stayed close even after power was restored. Someone needs to investigate this branch, end of month service is the worst. You will find plenty disgruntled customers in long queues with 2 or 3 if you lucky to assist customers.
